Overview

The work at a glance.

MRT IT Peaks Limited developed a multilingual patient management solution consisting of a mobile application and a web-based platform. The system was designed to support healthcare workers, patients, and other relevant users across different stages of patient management and care.
The solution incorporates multilingual functionality to improve accessibility for users who speak different local languages. The mobile application supports interaction and data capture in the field, while the web platform provides centralized management, monitoring, reporting, and access to information.
01 The challenge

What needed to change?

Healthcare service delivery can involve multiple users, locations, and information flows, making it difficult to maintain consistent patient information and ensure timely access to data.
Language barriers can further limit the accessibility and usability of digital health solutions, particularly where users and patients communicate primarily in local languages. There was therefore a need for an integrated platform that could support patient management while improving accessibility and coordination.
02 The solution

A solution built for purpose.

MRT IT Peaks Limited developed an integrated mobile and web-based patient management system with multilingual functionality.
The mobile application provides a convenient interface for field-based or patient-facing activities, while the web application provides centralized management, monitoring, reporting, and administration. The multilingual capabilities were incorporated to make the system more accessible to users across different language groups.
03 Our approach

How we made it happen.

The project assessed patient-management workflows and user requirements, mapping information flows between patients, field users, healthcare workers, and administrators. Separate but interconnected mobile and web experiences were designed, featuring multilingual interfaces and communication functionality. Centralized data management was implemented through the web platform, with the system designed to support monitoring and reporting. Workflows were tested across different user roles and use cases, and the platform was structured for scalability and future integration.
04 Results

What changed in the end?

The project improved the digitization of patient management processes and created an integrated mobile and web-based ecosystem. Multilingual functionality improved accessibility, while patient-related information and management processes were centralized. Authorized users gained improved access to information, monitoring and reporting capabilities were strengthened, and reliance on fragmented or manual information-management processes was reduced.
